There are 2 ways to purchase your house.
- Turn Key: This involves making a 10% deposit to secure your home with the balance to be paid on completion after the Code of Compliance has been issued. Just like buying an exisiting house.
- Progress Payments: This involves paying for the build in tranches through the construction and will result in a cheaper overall price.
The Jack’s Landing House and Land packages are a mixture of Standalone, Duplex and Terraced Houses in Hamilton’s newest master-planned subdivision and one of the last centrally located new communities. Details of the plans and full specifications will be attached to the Sale and Purchase Agreement. The titles are Individual, Fee Simple, Freehold Title meaning no Body Corporates, no fees and no ground rents.
Jack’s Landing has been designed from the ground up to create a vibrant community to accommodate different needs and lifestyles. There are a total of 109 houses and 37 of these are Terraced Houses with a variety of different floor plans and layouts from 2-4 bedrooms. Houses range in size from 80㎡ up to 172㎡. The Standalone Houses range from single level at 118㎡ to two levels ranging from 130㎡ up to 172㎡ – all on varying site sizes.
10% of the units will be offered to qualified first home buyers. The price will be no more than 90% of the average Hamilton City residential home value as published by Quotable Value (QV). These units will be allocated via a ballot system. Full details to be confirmed soon.

The buildings have been designed to the upmost standards to meet or exceed the requirements of the New Zealand Building Code. All homes will come with a building and defects warranty.
