What Are My Payment Options?
Fixed Price Turnkey: This involves making a 10% deposit to secure your home with the balance paid on completion after the Code of Compliance has been issued. Just like buying an existing house.
What Am I Buying?
The Jack’s Landing House and Land packages are a mixture of Standalone, Duplex and Terraced Houses in Hamilton’s newest master-planned subdivision and one of the last centrally located new communities. Details of the plans and full specifications will be attached to the Sale and Purchase Agreement. The titles are Individual, Fee Simple, and Freehold Title, meaning no Body Corporates, no fees and no ground rents.
What Is The Mix Of House Types?
Jack’s Landing has been designed from the ground up to create a vibrant community to accommodate different needs and lifestyles. There are 109 houses with a variety of stand-alone, duplex and terraced housing typologies in 2, 3 and 4 bedroom designs. Houses range in size from 99㎡ to 172㎡ – all on varying site sizes.

Are The Buildings High Quality?
The Jack’s Landing Team only use local and well-regarded builders and tradespeople. The buildings have been designed to the utmost standards to meet or exceed the New Zealand Building Code requirements. All homes will come with a building and defects warranty. The Jack’s Landing Team have used their purchasing power to buy high-quality products to finish your home to a high standard.
Are All The Houses Wired For Phone, Internet And Sky?
All homes are wired for telephone and high-speed internet. Owners choose their own service providers for satellite television, phone and internet, which will be payable directly by owners in the usual way.
Are The Windows Double Glazed?
We use high-quality NZ made double-glazed windows and glass doors to meet NZBC H1 (energy efficiency). Much of the insulation is above code, meaning your new home will be toasty through Hamilton winters.
When Will Construction Start And Finish?
The Jack’s Landing Team is excited to get Hamiltonians into this new community, but some factors are outside our control (such as weather events and pandemic restrictions). Each Lot will have individual schedules and time frames within this period. The development team will provide regular updates during construction to ensure purchasers are kept up-to-date with progress.
Can The Developer Make Variations To Jack's Landing Plans And Specifications?
There are instances in which legislative changes and/or Local Territorial Authorities may require the Developer to make changes to abide by contractual law, city planning requirements or because certain materials become unavailable. Should such a situation eventuate, the purchaser will be notified.
Can The Purchaser Make Changes To Jack's Landing Plans And Specifications?
Jack’s Landing has been master-planned so that all house types complement the community as a whole. These plans won’t be changed, but we believe there is something for everyone. There is a list of specific items that could be upgraded by way of a Variation (VO) once the Purchaser Sale & Purchase Agreement is unconditional. The items on this Upgrade list are the only items available to upgrade.

Can The Price Increase From What Is Agreed?
Once you have a signed Sale & Purchase Agreement, the price cannot change except where you make a variation. This is the benefit of a fixed price contract with a reputable company. We operate on a no surprises basis.
Does The Price Include GST?
Yes, GST is included in the price for all the houses at Jack’s Landing. GST for residential sales is a cost to the Developer.
How Will I Be Kept Informed About Build Progress?
